The Starkville Area Arts Council will introduce a songwriters competition as the newest addition to the Cotton District Arts Festival activities this year.
Marie Moore, 70, a retired factory employee and homemaker, died Saturday Dec. 18, 2010, at her home in Eupora.
Patrick Willie Snyder, 70, of Maben passed away at his residence on Saturday, December 18, 2010.
The funeral for Willie Mae Webb will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Oakland Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Union Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Sammie White will officiate.
