Mrs. Mattie Florence Josey Phillips, 91, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at Select Specialty Hospital in Houston, Texas.
ABERDEEN — Mrs. Roberta Edwards Mays, 83, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at North Miss. Medical Center in Tupelo.
COLUMBUS – Coach Greg Carter and the Starkville Yellowjackets were back in action on Saturday night in Columbus at the Joe Horne Christmas Classic and the results were the same as Friday.
COLUMBUS – Starkville High School girls basketball coach Kristie Williams definitely has a reason to see her blood pressure rise.
