Although he has been solid all season long, the last two outings for the Bulldog sophomore closer have been adventurous.
The right hander came into Saturday's College World Series game with a lead and five outs away from another Bulldog victory.

Whether it's on the soccer field, the football field, the basketball court or the track, they have been important parts of the sports in this city.
The sport of swimming is growing and so is the Starkville Shockwave roster.
Swimmers that make up that roster were showing off their skills in a home meet at the Sanderson Center on the Mississippi State campus Saturday.
What better way to get ready for a baseball tournament than to have a baseball tournament.
That's what took place at the Starkville Sportsplex on Saturday.
