Mullen excited about MSU expansion plans

Football coach Dan Mullen stepped on to the Mississippi State campus and challenged fans to show up.

He vowed that if they showed up, things would change.

For 16-consecutive home games, State fans have sold out Davis Wade Stadium, proving they were committed to supporting their Bulldogs.

Noxubee a nemesis for SHS

Noxubee County has been a nemesis for not only the Starkville Yellowjackets, but also football coach Jamie Mitchell.

The Tigers, who invade Yellowjacket Stadium Friday night, have beaten Starkville the last two seasons. The Jackets lost a 33-20 decision in Macon last season and 14-7 at home in 2010.
