James Roland Wilson, 84, died peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, following a lengthy illness.Â
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 at Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
Visitation with family and friends will follow the service at the church.
Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Lewis F. Coffey, 79, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 at Vickers Personal Care Home in Starkville.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31st, 2012 at Porter Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Hodges officiating.
Interment followed in Rocky Point Cemetery in Renfroe.
Porter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
CHICAGO — Mr. Willie C. Halfacre, 57, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 at his home in Chicago, Ill.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at Gattling's Chapel in Chicago, Ill.
Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 4-9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 at Gattling's Chapel.

ABERDEEN — Mrs. Bettye Hudson Lenoir, 81, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 from an extended illness at Pioneer Garden Suites in Aberdeen.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 at First United Methodist Church in Aberdeen with Brother Truman Thompson and Rev. Whit Lewis officiating.
Burial will follow in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.
