Ms. Eva Louise Prater was born July 23, 1955 in Starkville, MS to the late Archie and Julia Mae Prater. She was the eldest of nine children.
Eva United with Sand Creek Missionary Baptist Church in the the Rock Hill Community.
Eva graduated from Starkville High School in 1973. She attened Mississippi State University for three years.
