West Point, Mississippi â€“ Mrs. Arcola Robertson Elliott, 88, passed away on February 4, 2015, at Dugan Memorial Home in West Point. Mrs. Arcola was born on September 5, 1926, in Black Hawk, Mississippi, in Carroll County the daughter of the late Lee Vardaman and Mamie Acy Roberston.
C. S. Barton, passed away on February 2, 2015 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, MS.Â He was a retired insurance salesman with Farm Bureau and a member of Adaton Baptist Church.Â He was also a member of Civil Air Patrol.
He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Michael Barton.
Mr. Robert Hill, 66, of Starkville, Mississippi died Monday, January 26, 2015 in Starkville, Mississippi.
Funeral services will Â be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Starkville, Mississippi with Pastor Quincy Patterson, Officiating.
Our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, or as we called him â€śDaddy Billâ€ť, passed away on January 28, 2015 at the VA Home in Kosciusko, MS.Â He was 82 years old.Â We will miss his sense of humor, and the love he had for his family and friends.Â He loved eagles, so now Daddy Bill, fly high like an eagle in the sky.
Betty â€śJaneâ€ť Foster Aiken, Johnson City, TN, passed away peacefully at home on January 24th, 2015. For over twenty years she was a resident of Johnson City, TN.
Due to a prolong illness Charli passed away on Saturday evening January 24th at Oktibbeha Hospital in Starkville, Ms. She was a ray of sunshine to everyone who knew her, she loved Her flowers and her delight in making people laugh, traveling, cooking or caring for others. Charli was born in Danville, Virginia 4/9/53 to George and Mary Little both deceased.
Mrs. Lorrie Jean "Beanie" Perkins-Jefferson, 49, of Starkville, Mississippi died Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in Starkville, Mississippi.
Funeral services will Â be held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Starkville, Mississippi with Pastor Larnzy Carpenter, Jr., Officiating.
Max Ray Hawes, 70, passed away on January 24, 2015 at his residence in Starkville, MS. He was Owner/Operator of Hawes Trucking for over 30 years. He was a member of Way of Life Ministries, where he served the Lord in the capacity of video, audio and also served as a servant to Pastor Chris Owensby. He loved working with computers.
Max Ray Hawes, 70, of Starkville, MS passed away at his residence on Saturday, January 24,2015.
