COCO receives grant from Dollar General Literacy Foundation
The Dollar General Literacy Foundation has awarded Council of Community Organizations of Oktibbeha County (COCO) with a $3,000 Youth Literacy grant.
COCO will use the funds to further their literacy and basic education outreach efforts.

The Dollar General Youth Literacy grant provides funding to schools, public libraries and nonprofit organizations for the implementation or expansion of literacy programs.
Since its founding, Dollar General has been committed to supporting literacy and education.
To further this support, the company founded the Dollar General Literacy Foundation in 1993 to improve the functional literacy of adults and families by providing grants to nonprofit organizations dedicated to the advancement of literacy.
