Numerous guilty pleas made

Numerous defendants pleaded guilty in Oktibbeha County Circuit Court proceedings the last couple of days.
In Circuit Court action Tuesday and Wednesday, the following defendants were sentenced after pleading guilty or having prior suspended sentences, probation or post-release supervision revoked. They are listed by name, charges, sentence, fines and restitution (any similarities in name to other individuals in the community is purely coincidental):
• Shenotta Harrison, identity theft, 5 years of probation, $750 fine, $324.55 in restitution.
• Bruce Davis, possession of between 2 and 10 dosage units of hydrocodone, 5 years of non-adjudicated probation, $2,000 fine.
• Stevie Pace, felony shoplifting, 10 years in prison, $1,000 fine, $596 in restitution.
• Jeremy Beverly, sale of less than 30 grams of marijuana, 3 years of non-adjudicated probation, $250 fine, $200 in restitution to the Starkville Police Department.
• Brooke Nobinger, possession of marijuana, 3 years of non-adjudicated probation, $200 fine.
• Leroy Nelson, four counts of sale of cocaine, 48 years in prison, $20,000 fine.
• Patricia Lynn Tiebe, revocation of 5 years of post-release supervision for a prior of uttering a forgery conviction.
• Alexander Gibson, two counts of sale of betwen 30 and 250 grams of marijuana, sale of less than 30 grams of marijuana, sentencing pending.
• John T. Foley, possession of less than 3 dosage units of LSD, 3 years of probation, $1,000 fine.
• Romarcus Gandy, two counts of burglary of an automobile, burglary of a dwelling, 5 years in prison, $1,500 fine.
• Ronnie McGee, revocation of 5 years of post-release supervision for a prior of robbery conviction.
• Tyrune Paty, possession of 2 to 10 grams of cocaine, 4 years in prison (12 years suspended of a 16-year sentence), $1,000 fine.
• Lorenzo Nichols, possession of between .1 gram and 2 grams of marijuana, two years in prison, $1,000 fine.
• Tristan Conner, sale of Benzylpiperazine, sentencing pending.
• Courtney Carruth, sale of alprazolam, 2 years in the Intensive Supervision/House Arrest Program followed by 5 years of probation (on a 15-year suspended sentence), $5,000 fine.
• Mary Chelsea Kohen, possession of between .1 gram and 2 grams of cocaine, 5 years of probation (on an 8-year suspended sentence), $1,000 fine.
In Circuit Court action Tuesday and Wednesday, the following suspects were arraigned on various Oktibbeha County Grand Jury indictments and are listed by name, charges, bond and date of next court action (any similarities in name to other individuals in the community is purely coincidental):
• Edward Gregory Buck, sale or transfer of marijuana, $10,000 bond, Oct. 21.
• Waneppe Halsey, identity theft, $5,000 bond, Oct. 21.
