Do you need to know where to vote?
If a registered voter is unsure of the polling place where he or she should vote, there is an easy way to find out.
Visit the Secretary of Stateâ€™s Office website at http://www.sos.ms.gov and click on the â€śElectionsâ€ť link and then click on the â€śVoter Information Centerâ€ť link.
Upon clicking on the â€śVoter Information Centerâ€ť link, another part of the page, â€śExplore Electionsâ€ť will appear. Clicking on the arrow keys under â€śExplore Elections,â€ť the voter can find the â€śPolling Place Lookupâ€ť link.
Click on the â€śPolling Place Lookupâ€ť link and then type in oneâ€™s street address, city and state. Using a Google map feature, the locator will then direct you to the proper polling place and give you directions to get there on a map. The polling places for Oktibbeha County and their locations are listed below.
Those without computer access can call the Oktibbeha County Circuit Clerkâ€™s Office at 323-1356.
