Board seeks rep for payroll request case

Oktibbeha County Supervisors voted unanimously Monday with District 3 Supervisor Marvel Howard absent to authorize Board Attorney Jack Brown to contact attorneys from which they could choose to represent them in a potential circuit court case stemming from a stalemate on a payroll change request made by county Tax Assessor Allen Morgan during the board’s March 4 meeting.
