The Starkville Yellowjackets are taking an approach to the 2013 postseason that nothing that has happened in the past matters, but the opportunity in front of them is of the most importance.
Despite what may be considered an up and down season, SHS coach Brian Jones wants his team to focus on the next challenge.
Starkville hosts Jackson Provine tonight in the first game of the Class 5A playoffs at Yellowjacket Stadium/Carlisle Field at 6 p.m.
