May 3, 2013

Bonds have been set for five suspects arrested in an armed robbery investigation.
Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Department investigators arrested the suspects, which included four from Starkville and one from Chicago, following a reported armed robbery early Wednesday morning at a Bluecutt Road residence west of Starkville.
All five suspects face charges of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and residential burglary. Deundre Goss, 23, and 17-year-old Tavon Datsun, also face a count each of possessing a stolen firearm. Their bonds have been set at $100,000 each.
Bond for 18-year-old suspect Latrese Kennedy is set at $75,000, while bonds for suspects Deondra Evans, 24, and Dinndra Gay, 18, are $30,000 each.
Meanwhile, Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Department Lt. Brett Watson, with the department's Investigations/Narcotics Division, said Friday morning that officers recovered items possibly related to the case after executing several search warrants. Those items included firearms, cash, clothing and a small amount of marijuana.
The five suspects were still in custody Friday morning, Watson said.
