Mississippi State to start Graveman against UCA

May 29, 2013

Graveman

Luis Pollorena worked is way into the Friday night roll for Mississippi State during Southeastern Conference play.
He proved that he could be a valuable starter in game one of series and set the tone for the rest of the weekend.
Bulldog head coach John Cohen mulled over his options of starter in game one of the Starkville Regional against No. 4 seed Central Arkansas, but decided to go with a different guy than Pollorena.
"We're going to start Kendall Graveman," Cohen said. "That's probably not a shock to anybody. They're really right-handed club. We really wanted to see what matched up well against them. We feel like Kendall's our best matchup."
