Mississippi ranked fifth in startups

A recently-released CNN Money study found that Mississippi is one of the most entrepreneurial states in the country.
The study, which used business data from the Kauffman Foundation – an independent business research firm – ranked the top 10 most entrepreneurial states based on the number of startups per 100,000 people. Mississippi was ranked fifth.
