The United States Golf Association, the Masters Tournament Foundation and the Professional Golf Association of America have found a way to give young kids an opportunity to compete on the golf course.
It was announced this year during the Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club that the three entities were going to be sponsoring the Drive Chip & Putt Championship.
Starkville native Newt Thomas decided to enter the competition.
