Murder trial faces possible defense delay

A long-ongoing murder case may face another delay if a Mississippi 16th Circuit judge grants three motions the defense filed last week.

Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department arrested Archie Quinn, 52, in September 2008 after he allegedly broke into 45-year-old Terry Johnson’s Oktibbeha County home and reportedly shot Johnson and 35-year-old Stacey Gray. Gray died from her injuries.
