Gabe Jackson had a huge decision to make this offseason.
The Mississippi State senior offensive lineman thought about forgoing his last year in Starkville, and enter the National Football League draft.
The Liberty native decided to come back for one more season. Jackson was reminded on Thursday how big of a deal it was for him to come back and help out his Bulldog team.
Jackson was selected to the All-Southeastern Conference first team as voted on by media members and announced at SEC Media Days in Hoover, Ala., Thursday.
"I know what's going on and I'm grateful for it," Jackson said earlier in the week. "At the same time, I'm still hungry, willing to get better and not be complacent."
