Plastic pony musical promotes importance of bedtime

In case you missed it — and because I didn’t have to call 911 to report an intruder, I suppose you did — Plair Family Productions presented a musical Wednesday night in my apartment for a very demanding audience of one.

Based on the original tune, “It’s Time to Brush Your Teeth and Get Ready for Bed ‘Cause It’s 9 o’clock,” the approximately 20-minute musical featured the use of two plastic My Little Pony figurines trying to compel my 4-year-old daughter to mind her father through song.
