July 22, 2013

Mississippi will suspend sales tax for two days this weekend.

According to the Mississippi Department of Revenue, sales tax will not be charged on clothing or footwear as long as the sales price of a single item is less than $100.

The sales tax holiday will run 12:01 a.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. Saturday.
