West Oktibbeha's Crawford to add football to duties

July 26, 2013

MABEN – The West Oktibbeha Timberwolves have a new football coach, but the coach is not new to the school.
Basketball coach and athletic director Danny Crawford was asked to add the responsibility of football to his plate and he has accepted the challenge.
He takes over for Adam Lowrey, who resigned earlier this year.
"It's just something different," Crawford said. "I'm mainly a basketball guy, so I'm learning as I go also."
