Jackets ready to get back on practice field

Every two years or so, a transition takes place at the quarterback position in high school football.
Coach Jamie Mitchell has been through that a couple of times since taking over at Starkville High School.
Mitchell inherited Jaquez Johnson as the signal caller of the Yellowjackets. When Johnson left and went on to East Mississippi Community College, Mitchell had about three players to chose from as the next SHS quarterback.
