Man indicted on DUI after fatal accident

The Oktibbeha County grand jury indicted Christopher James of Madison this week for charges of DUI and aggravated DUI.

Starkville Police Department arrested James following a fatal collision at 2:02 a.m. Jan. 25 on Louisville Street. Lt. Troy Outlaw said James was driving a Jeep Wrangler south near the Dirt Cheap store when he collided with a Pontiac Grand Am driven by Jeree Blackwell, 25, of Starkville.
