Volunteers call on tough Raiders

Some have called tonight’s contest between Starkville Academy and Lamar School a “baptism by fire” for the visiting Volunteers.
Starkville Academy football coach Jeff Terrill wouldn't necessarily disagree.
“They are predicted to win the South and could be considered the team to beat for the championship as far as Division II goes, so we certainly have a real challenge on our hands,” Terrill said.
