Travis Outlaw will always proudly call Starkville home.
On Saturday, Outlaw spent some of the last moments of free time he had before reporting back to the National Basketball Association and the Sacramento Kings to let the community know just how grateful he is for its support over the years.
“It is a big honor for me to do this for them because I get to show my appreciation to those who have supported me my whole career,” Outlaw said. “I just want them to come out and enjoy themselves. Starkville is family and friends and I am just thankful for the community I was raised in.”
