Jeff Terrill doesn't like to put more emphasis on any particular game on the schedule, but today's game may be the exception.
The Starkville Academy head coach leads his Volunteers against the East Rankin Academy Patriots at Volunteer Stadium at 7 p.m.
The Volunteers (0-1) are coming off a loss to Lamar School and the Patriots (0-1) are coming off a loss to Central Hinds Academy at home.
"It's just a big game for both," Terrill said. "Nobody wants to fall in a hole 0-2."
