Vols are learning valuable lessons as a young team

The Starkville Academy Volunteers learned an important lesson last Friday night in their 28-7 victory against East Rankin Academy.
With a young football team, you can teach them the basics of the game, you can break down plays all day long, but there is one thing you cannot teach and that is “how to win.” Last week the Volunteers got to experience just that and it has boosted some confidence as the team prepares to face a tough Washington School team tonight.
