Margo Swain has made an impact on the city of Starkville. Whether it be through her work as a volunteer or her time as a social worker, her efforts have not gone unnoticed.

She has always had a concern for families and children and spent many years working with the Department of Public Welfare, which is now the Department of Human Services, throughout the state of Mississippi.
