House Republicans, Obamacare both wrong

First of all, let me officially join the growing bandwagon of people who believe using the health of the nation’s credit as a bargaining chip to grandstand is about as dumb as sticking your hand in a blender while it’s running.

House Republicans again gridlocking debt ceiling and budget negotiations, this time to try to defund the Affordable Care Act (AKA Obamacare) in the 11th frame, is little more than a dangerous political stunt that gets the resident nutters on TV and calls more attention to the fact many of our leaders in Washington lack the honorable distinction of “functioning adult.”
