French Camp defeats West Oktibbeha 49-6 at home

September 28, 2013

FRENCH CAMP – There is no substitute for actual game action to get a team ready to compete.
No one knows this more than the West Oktibbeha Timberwolves, who are still trying to find their identity after getting a bit of a delayed start to the season.
On Friday night, the team got another bit of experience as it faced off with French Camp Academy, which won 49-6.
"For this team, when you have guys this young, to see a number other than zero is a big confidence booster for them," West Oktibbeha coach Danny Crawford said. "We came into this game knowing French Camp was a great team with a high octane offense. They are senior-oriented, do all the small things well and on the flip side, we are rebuilding with a lot of new guys. After facing three tough teams, I told the guys everybody else is on our level, so now I am hoping the wins will come."
