An interruption in a routine can sometimes be the worse nightmare for a football coach.
Starkville High School football coach Jamie Mitchell hopes it doesn't work against his team this week.
With the schedule being altered somewhat due to exams and the fact the Yellowjackets have to travel over three hours to play the Greenville-Weston Hornets tonight, it's a cause for concern for Mitchell.
"It worries me a little bit with this being the first lengthy road trip we've had," Mitchell said. "You just don't know how they are going to handle going that far.
"Our week has been a little backwards with exams and Tuesday our schedule was off. It doesn't sound like a lot, but when you are dealing with 16-, 17- and 18-year-old kids and you change their routine, sometimes things get a little off."
