Board to discuss drainage contract

October 15, 2013

The Starkville Board of Aldermen will consider approving a contract with a Starkville-based firm for a sewage expansion job in the southwest corner of the city at today’s meeting.

Doug Devlin, director of public services for the city, said the project aimed to provide sewer service to unserved residents and commercially-zoned land in an are that the city annexed in 1998.
