Bulldogs get back to work

October 20, 2013

After a week off and a Saturday away from football, Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen spoke to the media on Sunday afternoon.
Going into the bye week, Mullen was not happy because several Bulldogs had missed time due to injury.
He didn't speculate as to the health of his team and who was going to be ready for Thursday's game against Kentucky. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. for the ESPN telecast.
"We'll find out later this week who's going to be able to go," Mullen said on his Sunday teleconference. "The fact that we get to practice (Sunday), (and) we've got a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday practice getting ready for this game right now (is important). Over the next three days, we're really trying to rest some guys, but we're hoping to have people at least available for us for the game. Everybody else should be available for us for the game."
