A Eupora Police officer died Wednesday after trying to stop a high-speed chase.

Mississippi Highway Patrol Sgt. Criss Turnipseed said Keith Crenshaw, 52, of Eupora died after trying to deploy a spike strip to stop three suspected robbers that authorities wanted in connection with an attempted bank robbery in Grenada.
