2nd hearing brings specific concerns

November 8, 2013

Thursday’s public hearing on the Starkville and Oktibbeha County school districts’ consolidation drew a smaller crowd than the first, but those who came did so with more specific things in mind to say.

The Commission on Starkville Consolidated School District Structure hosted the hearing, which was the second of its type since the first in August. The commission will take comments from the hearing and consider them at a work session beginning at 8 a.m. today in the boardroom at the Greensboro Center.
