Cadence Bank uses local tellers for distant clients

Cadence Bank is using tellers at its operations center in Starkville to remotely service customers in Birmingham, Ala. Machines in Birmingham allow customers remote access to a live teller, who can help them with withdrawals, deposits and other banking functions. (Submitted photo)

Cadence Bank has introduced some its Birmingham, Ala. customers to a new automated banking system that also provides a personal touch.

That personal touch comes from Starkville.
