The state of Arkansas has not been historically kind to the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
MSU is 0-9-1 all-time in the state of Arkansas. To keep a fourth-straight bowl game on the table, the Bulldogs will have to win in the Natural State.
MSU (4-6, 1-5) takes on the Arkansas Razorbacks (3-7, 0-6) in Little Rock today. Kickoff is set for 11:21 a.m. inside War Memorial Stadium. The game can be seen on SEC-TV, or WCBI locally.
The Bulldogs are 0-6-1 in Little Rock. The tie came in 1993.
With two games left, MSU needs to win both games to make it to a fourth bowl game under coach Dan Mullen in five years.
"This is an important game for us," MSU senior running back LaDarius Perkins said. "We are trying to make a bowl game. We came out this week and practiced hard. As long as we execute like we should, we should be able to come out on top."
