French Camp moves to play another week

November 24, 2013

In a week that saw many area teams eliminated from the postseason, French Camp survived.
What keeps the Panthers alive and progressing each week?
For starters, French Camp has been here before. Last season the Panthers made their way to Jackson where they faced Stringer for the Class A State championship. Though it lost, French Camp gained invaluable experience in competing throughout the postseason.
Many of those players from last season were back this year. Players like Jesse Hosket and Hagan Box know what it takes to win and have been showing it all season. Add in an experienced coach in Nathan Wright and the recipe for success is almost complete.
