At Thanksgiving, restaurants make tough call for Egg Bowl

Bart Wood, general manager for The Little Dooey in Starkville, is offering his employees a trade.

Normally, he said, The Little Dooey would be closed on Thanksgiving, but that changed when the news came out that Mississippi State University would host the Egg Bowl rivalry game against Ole Miss on Thanksgiving. Now the Little Dooey will be open until kickoff time Thursday, he said, but for those employees sacrificing their family time, a reward is waiting in December.
