Erving values time on field for Panthers

December 7, 2013

JACKSON – Football is an emotional game.
When Michael Erving finally got back on the field to play for the French Camp Panthers earlier this season, he cried tears of joy.
On Friday at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium, there was also a feeling of joy once again as he helped the Panthers win the Class A State championship.
Erving had 72 yards rushing on seven carries, including a touchdown, as French Camp defeated Smithville 27-6.
