There's one observation that sticks out to people when they watch the Mississippi State basketball team.
That is that Craig Sword is really good.
The Bulldog sophomore guard has really put his name on the map in his second year wearing the maroon and white.
He started the season a little slow, but has really turned it on as of late. In his last seven games, Sword has scored 131 points on 48-of-72 shooting (67 percent).
He had a streak of three-consecutive 20-point outings, the most for a Bulldog since Arnett Moultrie during the 2011-12 campaign.
