Consolidation group sets date to sign proposal

The Commission on Starkville Consolidated School District Structure completed its review of a finalized list of recommendations to submit to Mississippi legislators during a Tuesday morning teleconference at the Greensboro Center.

Commissioners have worked since late spring to compile recommendations for the Starkville and Oktibbeha County school districts’ pending consolidation, which legislators mandated trough House Bill 716.
