A geography lesson for Fightin’ Phil

What I learned from Gov. Phil Bryant’s State of the State address Wednesday, which he delivered before a joint session at the Capitol in Jackson, covered quite a range.

For one, he’s a Southern gentlemen with strong conservative roots, who believes in God, job growth and fighting crime. There’s certainly nothing wrong with any of that.
