Schaefer likes effort from Bulldog guards

Mississippi State women's basketball coach Vic Schaefer liked what he saw on Sunday from his guard position.
It was mainly due to the toughness that led to the Bulldogs taking seven charges during a 69-62 victory over the Missouri Tigers.
That's the type of defensive play that Schaefer has been wanting to be more of a consistent pattern for MSU moving forward.
