National Signing Day serves a specific purpose for the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs may have not signed the top class in the nation, but head coach Dan Mullen was excited with the guys that put pen to paper to join his program.
“It’s a great day to be a Mississippi State Bulldog,” Mullen said at a press conference in the Leo Seal Football Complex. “It was another exciting signing day for us. I couldn’t be happier with what happened and who we got.
“The class we have coming in will obviously fill some needs for us in the immediate, and help us in the future. That is so important to me.”
MSU picked up 21 national letters of intent on Wednesday to go along with two recruits who are already enrolled at the university.
