Control is going to be the name of the game when the Starkville Academy Lady Volunteers play the Lady Patriots of Jackson Prep.
“We played three pretty tough games last week and if we can continue to play with defensive intensity so the other team doesn’t control the game with a slow passive offense, that is our best chance of winning,” Starkville Academy girls coach Glenn Schmidt said. “We have to go ahead and jump out there with the level of intensity that we need to while their plan would be to slow down a little bit and control the game with the ball.”
