Jail and Bail event raises awareness for foster program

On Tuesday, Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Chadd Garnett and support staff member Emily Britt showed up at the Oktibbeha County Department of Human Services office.

“We’re here looking for a couple of convicts,” Garnett said to the receptionist.
