Georgia stays on the minds of MSU teams

March 5, 2014

Smith

Georgia has been and continues to be on the minds of Mississippi State's basketball teams.
After the Bulldog women played at the University of Georgia on Sunday, the MSU men have made the trip to Athens for competition against the other Bulldogs of the Southeastern Conference.
State looks to win a road game in the league for the first time this season and to avoid an 0-8 mark in SEC road games since last doing so during the 2005-06 season.
One would think that Georgia could be a team that Mississippi State could have a chance to be in the game with and possibly even beat.
