Bolin lives out dream, while playing at MC

March 6, 2014

Bolin

Since he was a little boy, former Starkville Academy player Hunter Bolin has dreamed of playing on a bigger stage.
Recently, Bolin made that dream a reality when he joined on to play for the Mississippi College Choctaws.
"It has been an unreal experience," Bolin said. "Ever since I was young, this was my dream. Now I'm lucky enough to play college baseball. It is just a real blessing. I'm living in the moment and enjoying every minute."
One moment in particular sticks out for Bolin. On Feb. 18, Bolin stepped into the batter's box for the first time as a Choctaw and despite it seeming "surreal," the freshman will never forget how he felt.
