SMITH: Mini Superdome sharpens East Webster landscape

March 11, 2014

It resembles a miniature Superdome.
The new basketball gymnasium being constructed on the campus of East Webster High School is a very nice and impressive structure.
Since the tornado that ripped through the Cumberland community and destroyed the school a few years ago, the people there have been working very hard to rebuild.
The Wolverine nation have bonded together and have come back bigger and stronger as part of their motto suggests. It's encouraging to see their determination at work.
Even though the signs of what the tornado took away is still evident in spots on the campus, the new school and gym at East Webster really add to the landscape.
